2025 City Wide Assessment Reevaluation
January - October 2025
The City of Markesan has hired Frank Assessment Service to do a city wide assessment reevaluation. Frank Assessment Service’s will be conducting reviews from January until October of 2025. They have the City’s permission to view your property and conduct these assessments city wide.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call the City Clerk’s office at (920) 398-3031 or the Markesan Police Department at (920) 398-2121.
The Assessor should present a badge to identify himself to the property owner.

2025 GOLF CART STICKERS ARE IN!
We now have the 2025 stickers available for Golf Carts. Registration of your golf cart is required in the City of Markesan. Please stop by the City Clerk's office to fill out your registration or renewal and pick up your sticker. You can also download the application to print/fill out -or- fill out the online form - see link below.
